Jennifer Rivera
Jennifer has been with Lifetime for many years now and is a very valuable member of our team. She is an exceptionally gifted massage therapist and she is a talented rehabilitative exercise specialist. Jennifer has trained as a physical therapy technician and she has put those skills to use in our full service gym. She teaches exercise ball classes and designs exercise programs for a variety of needs. Her fan club in our office is huge.

Teresa Aicher
Teresa has been a part of the Lifetime Team for more than twenty years. She runs the show in the Albuquerque office. She takes care of the billing, the accounts, the staff and the doctors. She has been with us from the beginning so she knows how we have developed and where we are going. She is a team leader beyond compare.

Karen Karina
Karen was a patient at Lifetime before she decided to go to school to pursue her dream of being a massage therapist. Our team encouraged her and when she graduated, we hired her. Karen is a wonderful asset to the Lifetime team. She is a professional yoga instructor with many years of experience and training in that field and she brings that unique skill set to our patients.

Dr. Marc Girod
He is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College with degrees in Chiropractic and a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. He also has a Bachelors Degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Marketing. Dr. Girod has worked for the last decade as a Chiropractor in New Mexico. He has garnered awards in his practice including being voted Chiropractor of the Year in 2009-2010 by the New Mexico Chiropractic Association. He works with chronic and acute pain syndromes and is well versed in nutrient pharmacology and botanical medicine. Dr Girod is competent in low force techniques as well as typical manual manipulation. Dr. Girod is one of approximately 100 Advanced Practice Certified, APC chiropractors which have expanded scope of practice and enhanced prescribing authority in New Mexico. As an APC practitioner of chiropractic medicine, Dr. Girod is trained in various types of injections: bio-puncture, Prolotherapy and trigger point injections. In his spare time dr. Girod enjoys playing tennis with his wife Janelle, his son Andre and hiking with his dogs.

Dr. Girod is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and he is the Committee Chairman for the Insurance Relations Committee and for the Independent Practice Committee for The New Mexico Chiropractic Association. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Health Improvement Network. This Independent Practice Association, IPA, which has approximately 100 physicians, is working with insurance providers to lower health insurance costs for all New Mexicans.

Dr. Elaine Adams
Dr. Elaine Adams has been a practicing doctor of chiropractic in New Mexico since 1990. She began her practice in Rio Rancho where she practiced for thirteen years with Dr. Lonnie Peets. In 2002 she moved to her new location at San Antonio and Wyoming. She has been practicing there ever since. Dr. Adams has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Park University in Kansas City, Missouri and a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Missouri. She worked with special needs children until 1986 when she decided to pursue a career in chiropractic. She graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1989. Dr. Adams has been active in the chiropractic community throughout her career. She has served in many capacities in the New Mexico Chiropractic Association and in 2000 she was named chiropractor of the year for the state of New Mexico. Dr. Adams is a lifelong learner and is currently pursuing a diplomate in chiropractic neurology and she recently finished her advanced practice licensing. The advanced practice license in the state of New Mexico allows Dr. Adams to administer trigger point injections and other pain relieving needle administered therapies. This is a unique license in the state of New Mexico and allows our citizens to receive specialized health care from the advanced practice doctors.

Dr. Lonnie L. Peets
Dr. Peets is a 1989 graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College. She and Dr. Adams opened Lifetime Chiropractic in August of 1990. Dr. Peets has since completed her diplomat in neurology and has had many referrals from other local doctors for her neurological skills. Dr. Peets is happy to welcome new patients into her Rio Rancho office.

Dr. Dean Wasson
Dr. Wasson is a 2000 graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. While working with Texas Department of Public Safety in 1993, Dr. Wasson sustained a severe back injury. After two failed back surgeries he sought chiropractic care and recognized relief from his chronic low back pain. The care Dr. Wasson received had such a great impact on him, it lead to a career in Chiropractic. Now, Dr. Wasson enjoys providing the same level of care to his patients – the care which so greatly influenced his life.

Dr. Yvette Arellano
Dr. Arellano has her Masters in Oriental Medicine. As a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Dr. Arellano’s treatments consist of acupuncture, herbs, oriental bodywork/massage therapy, lifestyle and nutritional counseling, and exercise. She is also trained in reiki, cranial-sacral, and psychology. She has a general practice with an emphasis on muscular skeletal problems, with acute and chronic pain. She has been working in the medical field since 1994 with chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists. She has been with the Lifetime team for ten years, initially as a massage therapist and now as a DOM. Her passion is the healing arts and assisting patients in their journey of healing.

Dee Dee Anders
Dee Dee was trained in Ben Benjamin’s Muscular Therapy at Cortiva Institute’s Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, MA. Muscular Therapy incorporates Swedish massage, deep tissue bodywork, and myofascial and friction therapies to reduce pain and increase range of motion. She joined Lifetime Chiropractic shortly after moving to New Mexico in the summer of 2008. Dee Dee is licensed in the state of New Mexico, is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Celia Larcom
Celia began her medical training in 1991 in a military hospital in England . She was trained as a medic during Desert Storm and volunteered through the Red Cross at RAF Lakenheath hospital in the emergency room. After returning to the US she began to see that there was much more to healing than a pill or surgery so she became interested in alternative medicines and after much encouragement from Dr. Adams she went to massage therapy school. Celia began working for Lifetime Chiropractic in 2001 while still attending massage therapy school and worked as a C/A until completing her training. Celia became a licensed massage therapist in 2002. Since then Celia has become accomplished in various modalities of massage such as; Lymph drainage, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, reiki, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, pregnancy massage and many others. She is currently attending school to become a Dr. of oriental medicine and anticipates graduating in 2014.

Steven LaBombard
Hello, I’m Steven, the newest addition here at Lifetime Chiropractic. My education began at UCLA with a major in Healthcare Administration. The past three years I have spent here in New Mexico have been great, a real enjoyable experience. Originally I come from a place called Newport also known as the southern California coast. Since my departure from California, as a New Mexico Resident, I have obtained a license for Massage Therapy. The past three years I have practiced Massage Therapy. With three years plus I began expanding my horizons and joined the Family here at Lifetime Chiropractic. The past three months here have been a growing process inside of itself. Daily I learn something new about the human body and how to treat it. We strive together to make your visit with us friendly and relieving. This is by far the best professional environment I have ever been in. Look forward to seeing you soon.

Martin Frye
Martin has been with Lifetime, Rio Rancho office since December 2005. He received his certificate for Physical Therapy Technician from PIMA Medical in 2005. “I really enjoy working at Lifetime because we have a wonderful staff, and I love learning new things every day working in the office doing different modalities and learning about nutrition and the Erconia laser.”

Anne Socha
Anne has been a LMT since 1998. She has developed her own style of massage using acupressure points and trigger points as part of her work. Her studies have been in Qigong therapy. She has been a Certified Qigong Therapist since 2000. She has attended Crystal Mt. Massage School. Her qigong training has been at the Rochester School of Qigong, Healing Tao Group headed by Michael Winn and Master Mantak Chia, the New Mexico School of Natural Healing, and Supreme Science Qigong Seminars. Anne is a certified Hypnotist since 2000 through the Hypnodyne Foundation and Dick Sutphen’s workshops.

Anna Fugitt
Anna is Lifetime’s Front Office Coordinator. She received her Medical Office Assistant in 2007. Started working for Lifetime in 2008. “I Love working here, we have great patients and a wonderful staff!”

Annette Ruiz
Annette has been with Lifetime Chiropractic since 2006. She has a background working in medical offices for the past 9 years, specializing in medical billing for the last 7 years. Alongside Anna she currently works as front desk coordinator, and also shares billing office duties involving Insurance follow up, medical records and claim submission. Being able to use her knowledge of Insurance billing is beneficial to our patients. “Our patient care extends beyond just relieving their pain, giving them ease and understanding while answering any billing or insurance questions they may have. It is a joy working beside a group of caring, compassionate individuals. We have a unique team!”

Kathy Nicholas
Kathy is the Accounts Manager for Lifetime Chiropractic. Kathy studied Accounting and graduated as class valedictorian at Arizona Computer Institute. She has been employed with Lifetime Chiropractic since 1997. “Lifetime Chiropractic is a wonderful place to work. I enjoy working in an environment where patient care comes first.”
